1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the heet28 platform, including its website, mobile application, customer service, and all content and features provided by heet28. By accessing or using this platform in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms without modification.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the heet28 platform. Continued use of the platform after being notified of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use heet28's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration — heet28 does not permit access or use of the platform by underage individuals in any form
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not a citizen or resident of any region that explicitly prohibits online gambling
• Has never been declared bankrupt or involved in any active insolvency proceedings
• Has never self-excluded from any gambling platform

Heet28 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, a utility bill as proof of address, or payment method details. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 User Account

Each player on heet28 is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings across all associated accounts
• Permanent ban from the heet28 platform

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Heet28 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) prior to processing a first-time withdrawal or any amount exceeding a specified limit
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method selected
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities

5 Bonus & Promotions

Heet28 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific rules stated in their respective promotion terms.

• Bonuses may only be credited to eligible accounts — one bonus per promotion, per player, per household, and per IP address
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Heet28 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there are signs of abuse or fraud
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player under any circumstances
• If a player withdraws before meeting the wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited

6 Game Rules

All games available on heet28 — including slots, Live Casino, table games such as baccarat and blackjack, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), virtual sports, E-Sports, and more — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective licensed game providers.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, heet28 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the player's wager
• The use of bots, automation software, or AI-assisted tools to play is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings
• Players are not permitted to bet on both sides of the same game to guarantee a risk-free profit (arbitrage)

7 Player Conduct

Heet28 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful gaming environment for all users. Players are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility at all times while using this platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on heet28:

• Using offensive language, or threatening or harassing any other player or heet28 staff
• Spreading false or misleading information about heet28 or its services
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the heet28 platform's security systems
• Colluding with other players to defraud the platform
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information to register or access the platform
• Conducting any money laundering activities through the heet28 platform

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

8 Privacy & Personal Data

Under no circumstances shall heet28's total liability to you exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Heet28 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse, or illegal activity has occurred.

• In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, all balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited
• In the event of account closure at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any legitimate real-money balance will be returned once all reviews are complete
